Book Report EULA and terms

Book Report is provided for the authorized company owner or operator to preserve and query local accounting evidence. By default, Book Report operates as a read-only evidence mirror. Optional write mode requires tenant-local opt-in, authorization under this write-capable app contract, and explicit approval of each write intent.

Approved write mode may create or update selected QuickBooks Online Accounting records such as customers, vendors, invoices, purchases, bills, bill payments, vendor credits, transaction classification fields, and reviewed attachment or transaction links. Each write must be planned as a local intent, reviewed, approved, executed idempotently, and read back from QuickBooks Online.

The local write-mode gate is non-mutating by default. Sandbox apply requires tenant-local live-apply enablement, approved unchanged intents, and write-family validation. Production live apply is limited to a single explicitly configured low-risk pilot kind until the company owner or authorized operator separately promotes additional write families.

Book Report does not use write mode for payroll, lending, payment processing, card data, tax filing, or unattended accountant judgment. It does not hard-delete QuickBooks Online records in the first write lane; corrections should use reviewer-guided void, deactivate, reverse, or update workflows.

The operator controls the local tenant runtime directory and is responsible for local file permissions, backups, retention, and deletion of generated tenant data.

The app is an evidence and reporting tool and does not provide legal, tax, investment, lending, payroll, or insurance advice.
