Book Report uses authorized QuickBooks Online Accounting API data only to build a local tenant mirror for receipt evidence, backup, reconciliation, audit support, and owner-facing reports.
If a tenant later opts into write mode, the local runtime stores write intents, payload hashes, approval records, and readback metadata under the tenant root. The current hosted OAuth shell does not perform live QBO writes.
The hosted OAuth shell does not store tenant accounting records. Local mirror data stays under the operator-controlled tenant data root.
Company data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with lending, payroll, insurance, or payment processors by this app.
